Checklist Kemasukan Murid Tahun 1 Negeri Selangor

Bila anak dah masuk 5 tahun, as parents kite kena alert dengan tarikh pemohonon, pendaftaran, pengesahan, keputusan, rayuan untuk kemasukan ke tahun 1. Aku dh list down kan masa yg korg kena alert.

1) Pemohonan

Selalunya pemohonan dibuka drp 1 Mac - 30 April. Please take note permohonan kemasukan murid tahun 1 bg negeri Selangor hanya boleh dilakukan secara online. X guna pergi sendiri kt sekolah untuk wat permohonan, diorg akan suh apply online jugak. Klik kt link bwh and add as favourite utk memudahkan capaian di kemudian hari :)..boleh refer Tatacara dan Panduan Permohanan ketika mengisi borang.

First of all korg kena klik kt Permohonan On-Line dan isi lah form tu. Then isi lah sekali sekolah mane yg korg nk masukkan. Make sure name sekolah yg dipohon tu same ngan sekolah yg korg gi utk wat pengesahan. Sbb ade kes yg daftar sekolah lain tapi pengesahan kt sekolah lain, last2 bile tau keputusan jabatan pelajaran letak name anak kt sekolah lain..adehhh x ke haru dibuatnye :S

2) Perakuan

Perakuan hendaklah dibuat di sekolah yg dipohon 14 hari selepas pendaftaran. Kena print out slip pemohonan & senarai semak. Jangan lupa bawa bersama surat beranak anak yg asal. Jangan risau bile check online tarikh Perakuan x kuar sbb diorg bagi priority anak2 yg 6 thn dahulu. Cam kes aku, Mac tahun 2011 lg aku dh daftar, tapi this year baru kuar tarikh tu :)

3) Keputusan

Bln Julai korg kena alert sbb selalunye keputusan penempatan murid tahun 1 akan kuar. This year suppose 16 Julai tapi bile check2 x kuar gak result. Sehari dua tiga kali aku check online siap call Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri Selangor. Hehehe mak yg terlebih eksaited xsabar tunggu result. Fyi, seblm result kuar ni, anak aku kena sit for an exam. Since sekolah yg aku apply for my son is Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi and furthermore kitorg dok di luar kwsn Seksyen 3, so kena la sit for exam. Yg apply ramai, so diorg kena pilih best among the best. I tell you this is the stressed moment for both of us...the exam that determine future of our kids :(...not only paper exam but also interview session with teachers as well. Alhamdulilah... he did it well!

4) Pengesahan

Bile dh tau keputusan, jangan terlebih eksaited smpi lupe nk wat pengesahan kt sekolah you korg apply (usually in August). Click at right icon Sekolah Ditempatkan tu and print out the result. Bwk ke sekolah together with original birth cert.

Kalo kes rayuan, not sure what is the process. Do refer to Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri Selangor for clarification :)

Kenapa Herbalife?

Dah byk produk aku try utk lose weight, but none nmpk effective to me.cth mcm xenical which is a good pill to absorb fat excess, tapi xtahan sbb every time buang air kecik or besar mesti ade minyak yg akan kuar skali and it's smelly too.confirm la kan kena pakai panty liner..nk basuh minyak yg lekat kt panties bknnye sng hokeh!

Cara yg plg berkesan ialah senaman.dgn bersenam kalori akan dibakar.kalo buat 3-4 kali smggu okla tapi cam aku ni keje ofis pegi keje pg2 & blk smpi umah nk dkt maghrib.dh smpi umah jgn harapla leh bersenang lenang.kekadang baru je masuk umah dh mcm2 karenah kena layan.itu x lg bile si kecik meragam.dlm kete lg dh cranky :(..To me dpt bersenam/workout/aerobik dlm 20 minit setiap ari dh kire cukup baik dh.hish kena adjust blk pengurusan masa di rumah cam gini.i dont really bother my weight..everything is all about HEALTH.kalo bdn kite sihat, penyakit pun takut nk terjah (wah dh mcm terjah melodi gituww).my family ade background sakit jantung, darah tinggi, kencing manis.selagi boleh elak, aku elakkan.aku masih ade anak2 kecik yg perlukan belaian ibu.sbb tu aku perlu sihat utk mereka.

Aku start consume Herbalife drink since Dec last year but itupun aku order online je.just setakat minum tapi tanpa bimbingan pn xbleh.that time berat aku statik je.frust gak duit abis byk tp berat tang tu gak.then end Jan secara kebtulan kenal ngan abg Naz & Azie kt club.club diorg ni betol2 sblh ngan Klinik Lita Alis Bangi.sejak dr tu diorg la yg menjadi coach aku.tiap2 mggu kena dtg club utk timbang berat & ukur badan.they said I've to lose 10kg utk dptkn berat ideal.

To date, I've lost 10kg :) i'm soooo happy! Dulu hubby yg bising sbb bazir duit dh mula puji.kwn2 satu ofis pn dh mula perasan.the best part is bile wat full medical check up br2 ni, the cholesterol level dah within normal range...alhamdulilah! That is my BIGGEST CONCERN!!

Corneal Ulser

Nmpk x kemerahan mataku itu? It's been 3 weeks now I am suffering with corneal ulser :(

What is Corneal Ulser?

Most corneal ulcers are caused by infections and can be bacterial (common in people who wear contact lenses), viral herpes simplex virus and varicella virus, or fungal (improper care of contact lenses or overuse of eyedrops that contain steroids). Symptoms include red eyes, pain, feeling like something is in the eye, tearing, pus/thick discharge, blurry vision, pain from bright lights, swollen eyelids, or a white or gray round spot on the cornea. Self-treatment consists of removing contact lenses, applying a cool compress to the affected eye, washing hands often, and OTC pain medications such Tylenol or Motrin. Anyone with a corneal ulcer should be seen immediately by an ophthalmologist, who will do testing and most likely prescribe antibiotic and other eyedrops. If the ulcer persists or worsens, a surgical procedure known as corneal transplantation may be performed.

4 mths olds..

Baby Siti is turning 4mo 25 Feb ni. Let's see what are some of her progress:

- Dh boleh tersenyum.
- Dh boleh tido mlm, dgn syarat mlm tido dlm gelap. good girl!
- Masih x boleh meniarap. hopefully soon!
- khusyuk kalo tgk tv. marah kalo org kaco die nk tgk tv.
- x boleh keadaan yg panas sgt, sejuk sgt. ramai org pun xleh. serabut agaknye.nmpknye mommy xleh nk berjln mane sgt this year :(

Azam 2012

Happy New Year to all of you!!! I'm turning 3series :(

- to get my ideal weight.i really mean it.my target is june 2012
- to get Prince 2 Practitioner cert.
- beli mixer.ni thn lpsnyer azam.carry fwd.
- kebebasan kewangan.a few biz yg aku nk wat.semoga diberi petunjuk olehNya.
- stay fit with healthy lifestyle.
- beli autogate.target may 2012.
- tingkatkan amalan & kurangkan kelalaian.

Actually ade lg yg nk tmbh tp ilham x dtg la plak. Kalo dh ingat nnt aku tmbh2.

Lil' princess

Lame gile x update blog kesayangan hamba ni..tuntutan kerjaya disamping bz ngan reno & pindah umah mmbuatkan aku xde mase nk write update.

Thn 2011 dh hampir melabuhkan tirai,ape yg aku dh achieve for this year & yg blom terlaksana??bab2 berkaitan umah semua dh settle, cuma ade skit2 perabot yg menjd idaman kalbu but niat terbantut dek krn kewangan.(*sigh*)byk btol duit abis utk umah ni.kekadang rase sedih sbb duit kuar cam air, but at least duit tu abis utk benda yg nmpk.think positive k!berckp pasal umah gak byk mase spend utk pikir & choose the best item for each mcm grill,kabinet dapur,perabot etc.dpt kunci umah last July and we took a mth to complete renovation work.the timeline mmg tight gile2 & ade gak plan yg tersasar skit krn contractor delay keje.but alhamdulilah everything complete within a mth as planned.thumbs up utk en hubby yg jd planner yg berjaya.me as wife ikut je ;)

After a mth dok umah br, aku bersalin baby girl kt hosp pakar annur bangi. It was emergency case. Ekceli nk bersalin kt pusat perubatan naluri wangsa maju, but my cute lil' girl nk kuar gak kt annur. Next enty la aku stori pasal saat2 kelahiran baby ke 3 ni. She was born on 25th oct with 2.1 kg. Her name is Siti Nur Halfatihah bt Mohd Azri.

Now br je abis pantang & tgh spend hari2 terakhir sblm naik keje.
